Line Cook
Responsibilities:

Prepare lunch and dinner dishes with a high degree of finesse

Prepare ingredients and components for dishes ahead of time

Collaborate with other cooks on banquets and large scale lunch/dinner events

Ensure kitchen is cleaned to CKCC standards with additional equipment cleaning/maintenance regularly

Wash dishes used in the preparation and serving of food
Requirements:

At least 16 years of age

Able to work by 3:30 on school days

Able to work minimum of 15 hours per week

Able to work independently

Can learn/knows cooking techniques utilized in CKCC culinary practices

Able to work weekdays and at least one weekend shift

Pro-Shop Attendant
Responsibilities:

Accept payments for golf activities and food/drink
-
Ensure waivers and relevant documentation is filled out when assisting customers
-
Provide help to customers in regards to golf products and services
-
Perform basic cleaning of pro-shop and clubhouse during and at the end of shift
Requirements:

Able to work minimum of 15-20 hours per week

Able to work independently

Can learn/knows how to operate a traditional register and card processing machine

Able to work weekdays and at least one weekend shift

Reliable

Golf Course Maintenance
Responsibilities:

Operate mowers and precisely cut differing lengths of grass

Maintain sand traps

Tall grass trimming, weed removal, and landscaping

Cup cutting

Assist the Superintendent in many novel projects around the course
Requirements:

Able to work 40 hours per week

Some weekend morning shifts a must

Equipment operating experience preferred but not necessary

Punctuality an absolute must

Must be at least 18 years of age

Bartender/Beer Cart
Responsibilities:

Accept payments for food/drink

Take food orders and serve said orders to customers

Properly ID customers and ensure safe drinking environment

Clean and sanitize glasses and keep bar and serving area clean to CKCC standards
Requirements:

Able to work minimum of 15-20 hours per week
