Print the "Membership Rates" and "Member Info" page from our annual member letter.
Mark the memberships/passes you are purchasing in the appropriate checkbox and fill out your personal information.
Remit the pages and check for the total amount to our mailing address: 13020 Route 116, Hinesburg, VT 05461.
If you are purchasing an "Early Bird" membership, payment must be received in full by March 1st (postmarked March1st or earlier is also accepted).

For Golf Memberships...
Your age for membership tier eligibility is based on your age at 12:00 AM, January 1st, 2025.
Our "Spousal" membership is available to individuals in a long term relationship, domestic partnership, or marriage. Must be living in the same household.
A golf membership entitles the holder to unlimited play as well as discounted entry prices for club events.
For Cart Passes...
Our "Spousal" pass pricing requires the same qualification as for the "Spousal" golf membership.
A cart pass entitles the holder to unlimited individual cart use when carts are available. Additional riders are subject to normal cart fees.
For Practice Passes...
Our "Spousal" pass pricing requires the same qualification as for the "Spousal" golf membership.
A practice pass entitles the holder to unlimited range balls for use at the CKCC driving range.

Membership/Pass General Terms
Payment for memberships must be made with cash or purchased gift card only. CKCC can not accept gift cards WON in previous years for membership dues.
Golf membership pricing changes depending on the age of the holder. The holder's age for membership tier eligibility is based on their age at 12:00 AM, January 1st, 2025. If a membership is purchased and is less expensive than the tier the holder truly belongs in, the full difference must be paid before holder is allowed to play. If the balance is not paid, the membership funds will be refunded and the holder will not be considered to have any membership status with Cedar Knoll Country Club.
Practice pass holders may not share range balls with other patrons of Cedar Knoll Country Club. Holders may not use range balls outside of the practice facility defined as our range area and practice green. Repeated or flagrant violations of these conditions may result in revocation of pass priviliges with no refund provided.
Cart pass holders may not encourage other players to ride in their carts for free. All additional riders, except for the "spouse" in a spousal pass, are subject to our daily cart fees. Pass holders found to flagrantly or repeatedly allow unpaid riders in their cart, or those who intentionally or frequently damage CKCC carts, may have their pass priviliges revoked with no refund provided.
Cedar Knoll Country Club reserves the right to revoke or deny purchase of any memberships at any time. Repeated or flagrant abuse of membership benefits (like cart or practice passes) will result in forfeiture of pass rights with no refund provided.
