About the Role
Our cart attendants start as "cart kids," but quickly become part of the Cedar Knoll family. We provide training and increased responsibility as someone proves they can handle it! If they choose, once they are old enough to operate turf management machinery, they can easily transition to a new role on the full-time grounds crew. Many of our cart attendants have gone on to have successful high school and college golf careers!
Responsibilities
Remove garbage from and clean used carts.
"The Trash Run" - Collecting trash from cans around the course.
Collecting range baskets.
Keeping the area around the clubhouse neat and orderly.
Helping with anything the Superintendents need!
Requirements
At least 14 years of age.
Able to work by 3:30PM on school days.
Independently mobile or consistent transportation.
15 hours per week (minimum).
Must be able to work some weekend shifts.
Must be able to work afternoon/evening shifts on weekdays.
Detail oriented!
Reliable, communicative, and willing to learn.
2-3 References - If applicable.
