Course Update: Winter Was Good to Us!

We’re thrilled to report that the golf course came through the winter in phenomenal shape! The snowpack worked its magic, acting as “poor man’s fertilizer” and setting us up for an incredible start to the season. If we can string together some warm, windy days, we’ll really be able to hit the accelerator on course preparations and push toward opening.

For those already chomping at the bit, the long-range forecast doesn’t lend much hope to an early opening but we’re going to keep our fingers crossed. Think warm thoughts!

This spring is shaping up to be a busy one. Several projects, like the paving work that was supposed to happen last year, are slated to kick off the moment conditions allow. We already have one tee box project underway, with a few more queued up right behind it.

And for those who love a little intrigue, there’s a significant tree out on the course that will be leaving us this year… and trust us, you’ll know which one when you see it!

Exciting things are happening, stay tuned and get those clubs polished up!

Instructor Update: Denise Doyle Returns Mid-April!

We’re thrilled to announce that Head of Instruction, Denise Doyle, will be returning to Cedar Knoll Country Club in mid-April for another fantastic season of coaching.

Denise is excited to help golfers shake off the winter rust and get their games tuned up for spring. Whether you’re interested in a quick refresher or planning a full series of lessons for the season, early booking is strongly encouraged.

To schedule lessons starting mid-April, you can reach Denise at:

In her own words:

I’m really looking forward to seeing you all again and am most grateful to be invited back. Wishing everyone a wonderful St. Paddy’s Day from Ireland

Looking forward to seeing you all soon!

Let’s give Denise an extra-special St. Paddy’s Day: Pre‑book your spring lessons and make her day a great one!

More details on her lesson offerings will go live on the website as they are set so keep an eye out.

Tournament Sign-Up’s

We will be releasing a tournament sign-up opening schedule later this week. For our most popular events, members will receive priority with multiple days to sign-up before non-members can. Hopefully, we can start to implement digital sign-up towards the end of the season but it’s a lot of setup and testing so we want to ensure it’s 100% ready when.

New & Returning Members

We’re excited to extend a warm welcome to all of our new members and a heartfelt welcome back to our returning members. As we prepare for another great year on the course, we want to let you know that a formal welcome letter will be sent out in the weeks leading up to the season. This letter will outline several member‑specific benefits, updates, and enhancements we’re implementing for 2026.

We can’t wait to see you out on the course soon!
